Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 2026

VoiceFrequencyTest.com uses a limited set of browser-based technologies to support site functionality.

Google Analytics is not currently active, Google AdSense and other advertising systems are not currently active, and no cookie/CMP consent banner is currently in use.

The site does use localStorage for some functional purposes.

This policy explains what that means and how it relates to microphone audio and tool results.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of data that websites can store in your browser.

Websites may use cookies for purposes such as:

  • essential site functionality
  • remembering preferences
  • security
  • analytics
  • advertising

VoiceFrequencyTest.com does not currently use Google Analytics or advertising systems, so those types of tracking cookies are not currently part of the site’s normal setup.

What Is localStorage?

localStorage is a browser-storage feature that allows a website to save small amounts of data on your device.

Unlike a traditional cookie, localStorage data is generally stored in the browser and is not automatically included with every web request.

VoiceFrequencyTest.com uses localStorage for functional purposes such as maintaining certain settings, preferences, or tool state where needed.

The exact information stored may vary depending on the feature being used.

Current Analytics and Advertising Setup

VoiceFrequencyTest.com does not currently use Google Analytics.

Google Analytics cookies are therefore not currently used by the site.

We also do not currently use Google AdSense or another advertising system, so advertising cookies and behavioral advertising technologies are not currently active.

If analytics or advertising technologies are introduced in the future, this policy and any applicable privacy or consent disclosures should be updated accordingly.

Raw Microphone Audio Is Not Stored in Cookies

Microphone-based tools analyze incoming audio locally in your browser or on your device.

Raw microphone audio is not intentionally stored in cookies or localStorage as part of the normal voice-analysis workflow.

It is also not uploaded to VoiceFrequencyTest.com for server-side audio analysis.

For more information about microphone processing, see Data Security and How It Works.

Derived Tool Results

Some tools may generate derived results such as:

  • frequency in Hz
  • estimated pitch
  • musical-note information
  • vocal-range results
  • tone-related outputs
  • other calculated voice measurements

Some of these derived results may be sent temporarily to VoiceFrequencyTest.com’s own server.

They are deleted immediately after use.

This temporary server processing is separate from cookies and localStorage.

For broader details about result handling, see the Privacy Policy.

Functional Browser Storage

localStorage may be used to support functionality such as:

  • remembering certain user preferences
  • maintaining tool settings
  • preserving limited tool state
  • improving continuity between page interactions

Because browser storage can persist beyond a single page view, stored information may remain until it is:

  • cleared by the site
  • removed by the user
  • deleted through browser settings
  • removed when browser/site data is cleared

We do not describe localStorage as a voice-recording system. Raw microphone audio is not intentionally saved there as part of the normal analysis process.

Essential and Functional Technologies

VoiceFrequencyTest.com may use technically necessary cookies, browser storage, or similar mechanisms where required for:

  • site operation
  • security
  • preferences
  • basic tool functionality

These technologies are not intended for cross-site behavioral advertising.

We avoid listing specific cookie names unless their use has been verified, because WordPress, browser, hosting, or site configuration can change over time.

Cookie Consent Banner

VoiceFrequencyTest.com does not currently use a cookie or CMP consent banner.

Because Google Analytics and advertising systems are not currently active, the site does not currently use those categories of non-essential tracking technologies.

If technologies requiring consent are introduced later, appropriate consent controls should be implemented where required.

Managing Cookies and Browser Storage

You can manage cookies, localStorage, and other site data through your browser’s privacy or site-data settings.

Depending on your browser, you may be able to:

  • view stored site data
  • delete cookies
  • clear localStorage
  • block cookies
  • clear site permissions
  • remove stored preferences

Blocking or clearing technically necessary storage may affect some site features or reset saved preferences.

Third-Party Services

VoiceFrequencyTest.com is hosted by Hostinger, which supports normal website delivery and infrastructure.

The site does not currently use Google Analytics, Google AdSense, or other advertising systems.

Third-party websites reached through external links may set their own cookies or browser-storage technologies. Those sites operate under their own privacy and cookie policies.

Changes to This Cookie Policy

This policy may be updated if:

  • browser-storage practices change
  • new site features are introduced
  • analytics or advertising is added
  • consent requirements change
  • service providers change
  • disclosures need clarification

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
