Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

VoiceFrequencyTest.com respects user privacy and aims to describe its data practices clearly.

The most important distinction is this:

  • Raw microphone audio is processed locally in your browser or on your device and is not uploaded to our server for audio analysis.
  • Some derived tool results, such as frequency, pitch, vocal-range, or tone-related outputs, may be sent to VoiceFrequencyTest.com’s own server as part of the tool workflow.
  • These derived results are deleted immediately after they are used.
  • Google Analytics is not currently active.
  • Google AdSense and other advertising systems are not currently active.
  • VoiceFrequencyTest.com is hosted by Hostinger.

This Privacy Policy explains these practices in more detail.

Who Operates VoiceFrequencyTest.com

Microphone Audio

Some tools on VoiceFrequencyTest.com request access to your microphone.

When you allow microphone access, incoming audio is analyzed locally in your browser or on your device.

Raw microphone audio is not uploaded to VoiceFrequencyTest.com for server-side voice analysis.

The tools do not intentionally create and retain a server-side recording of your microphone audio as part of the normal analysis workflow.

For a more detailed explanation of local microphone processing, see Data Security and How It Works.

Derived Voice-Analysis Results

Although raw microphone audio stays local, some tools may send derived results to VoiceFrequencyTest.com’s own server.

Depending on the tool, these results may include information such as:

  • frequency in Hz
  • estimated pitch
  • musical-note information
  • vocal-range values
  • tone-related outputs
  • other calculated voice-analysis results

These values are generated from the locally processed microphone signal.

Derived results sent to our server are deleted immediately after they are used and are not intentionally retained as a long-term record of your tool session.

A derived result is different from the original voice recording, but we still treat voice-related measurements carefully and disclose this processing separately.

Standard Website and Server Data

Like most websites, VoiceFrequencyTest.com processes standard technical information when you visit the site.

This may include:

  • IP address
  • browser and device information
  • requested page or resource
  • date and time of a request
  • server or security-log information
  • diagnostic or error information

VoiceFrequencyTest.com is hosted by Hostinger, which may process technical information necessary to deliver, maintain, and secure the website.

This normal hosting activity is separate from the local processing of raw microphone audio.

How We Use Information

Information processed through VoiceFrequencyTest.com may be used to:

  • provide requested website and tool functionality
  • process temporary derived results needed by a tool
  • deliver and maintain the website
  • diagnose technical problems
  • prevent abuse or security incidents
  • respond to emails and privacy requests
  • comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use raw microphone audio for server-side voice analysis because that audio is not uploaded to our server through the normal tool workflow.

Email Communications

VoiceFrequencyTest.com uses direct email for contact.

There is no website contact form required for ordinary correspondence.

If you email contact@voicefrequencytest.com, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, which may include:

  • your email address
  • your name, if provided
  • the contents of your message
  • technical details or screenshots you choose to send

Email correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, resolve an issue, or meet legal obligations.

Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Google Analytics

VoiceFrequencyTest.com does not currently use Google Analytics.

Accordingly, current Google Analytics tracking is not used to receive or analyze voice-tool results.

If analytics technology is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and other relevant disclosures should be updated to reflect that change.

Advertising

VoiceFrequencyTest.com does not currently use Google AdSense or another advertising system.

We therefore do not currently use advertising technology for behavioral advertising on the site.

If advertising is introduced later, applicable privacy and cookie disclosures should be updated accordingly.

Cookies and Browser Storage

VoiceFrequencyTest.com may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technical mechanisms where they are necessary for site functionality or user preferences.

These technologies are separate from the raw microphone-audio analysis described above.

For current information about cookies and similar browser technologies, see the Cookie Policy.

Third-Party Service Providers

VoiceFrequencyTest.com may rely on service providers that are necessary to operate the website.

Currently relevant infrastructure includes Hostinger, our hosting provider.

Service providers may process technical information when necessary to provide their services, maintain infrastructure, prevent abuse, or meet legal requirements.

We do not currently use Google Analytics or advertising networks on the site.

Third-party websites that you visit through external links operate under their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Different categories of information may have different retention periods.

Raw microphone audio

Raw microphone audio is processed locally and is not retained by VoiceFrequencyTest.com as a server-side audio recording through the normal analysis workflow.

Derived tool results

Derived results sent to our server are deleted immediately after they are used.

Server and hosting data

Technical server or hosting logs may be retained according to operational, security, diagnostic, and hosting requirements.

Email

Email correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain appropriate records, or meet legal obligations.

We avoid stating fixed retention periods where the actual period depends on infrastructure or circumstances.

Sale and Advertising Sharing

VoiceFrequencyTest.com does not currently sell personal information.

We also do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Because advertising systems are not currently active, the site is not presently using advertising networks to build behavioral advertising profiles from user activity.

Security

VoiceFrequencyTest.com is served over HTTPS, which helps protect ordinary web traffic in transit between your browser and the website.

The site also reduces raw voice-data collection by performing microphone analysis locally rather than uploading raw voice recordings for server-side processing.

Derived results that need to reach our server are transmitted separately and deleted immediately after use.

No website, browser, device, network, or server can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore avoid claiming absolute security.

For additional technical information, see Data Security.

Voice Information and Sensitive Data

Voice recordings can contain personal information and may reveal characteristics about a person.

For that reason, VoiceFrequencyTest.com is designed to minimize collection of raw voice audio.

We do not intentionally request highly sensitive personal information through the voice-analysis tools.

A derived frequency, pitch, or range result is not the same as the original voice recording, but we still treat such values as voice-related data and disclose their handling clearly.

Automated Tool Results

VoiceFrequencyTest.com tools automatically calculate or estimate results based on user input or microphone analysis.

These tool outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes.

They are not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about users.

Children’s Privacy

VoiceFrequencyTest.com is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

Raw microphone audio is processed locally rather than uploaded for server-side analysis.

Some derived tool results may be sent temporarily to our server and are deleted immediately after use.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact:

contact@voicefrequencytest.com

GDPR and UK Data-Protection Rights

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or related data-protection law applies, you may have rights regarding personal information we process.

Depending on the circumstances, these may include rights to:

  • access personal information
  • correct inaccurate information
  • request deletion
  • restrict certain processing
  • object to certain processing
  • receive portable data where applicable
  • withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis
  • complain to an appropriate supervisory authority

Because derived tool results are deleted immediately after use, we may not retain those temporary values long enough to retrieve them later.

For more detail, see our GDPR & CCPA page.

California Privacy Rights

Where California privacy law applies to our processing, eligible California residents may have rights regarding personal information, including rights relating to access, correction, deletion, and certain forms of sale or sharing.

VoiceFrequencyTest.com does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

For additional information, see GDPR & CCPA.

International Processing

VoiceFrequencyTest.com and its service providers may process technical information in jurisdictions other than the one in which you are located.

Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international transfers of personal information, those requirements should be applied as appropriate to the processing involved.

External Links

VoiceFrequencyTest.com may link to third-party websites for references, professional profiles, technical documentation, or additional information.

We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Please review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

  • site functionality changes
  • data-processing practices change
